Spotlight: Trailblazing sprinter who lurks on a lowly mark; ran a stormer at Haydock on Sunday when forcing a strong pace and picked off only late on (front two clear); well berthed in stall 3 and he's fully effective at this track; won't be easy to peg back.

Spotlight: The winner of two of his seven starts, notably a 6f handicap (good) at Chester last month; ran well when third in a 6f Racing League event at Wolverhampton two weeks ago; should be fine back at 5f but he's drawn wide and will require another personal best to win.

Spotlight: He has yet to start at a bigger price than 9-4 in his nine races but he has won only one of them; hard to fault his consistency but he is edging up the weights and might prove vulnerable for win purposes once again.

Spotlight: C&D winner; off the mark for the year when stylishly accounting for 13 rivals at Thirsk 12 days ago; no room for error up 6lb in a higher grade but he will at least relish the conditions.

Spotlight: Went close in a Racing League handicap at Southwell last August when 1lb higher; 0-5 this year but he retains all his ability and the race didn't set up favourably for him when third at Chester 19 days ago (5f, good); one to be interested in.

Spotlight: Progressing well this year, winning four times and running a screamer from what proved to be a poor draw at Chepstow last week; still improving and she should get a good pace to aim at here; major player.

Spotlight: Another notable success story for the yard, winning for the fifth time in 2025 when making all at Chester 19 days ago (5f, good); didn't have to work too hard to secure the lead on that occasion and might find today's pace more strongly contested; latest 6lb rise could find him out.

Spotlight: Three wins in 2025, two of them coming over C&D on good to firm ground; solid effort at Goodwood 16 days ago when drawn more centrally than those who beat him; has the outside stall to negotiate here and not sure he's quite well enough treated to overcome it.

Spotlight: C&D winner; off the mark for the year at Newmarket last month (5f, good to firm; cheekpieces on for the first time); down the field at Goodwood last time but he was drawn low in a race dominated by the high numbers; big run can be expected.

Spotlight: Retains his ability and although he is yet to win this year, there have been several good efforts along the way; on a dangerous mark and holds each-way claims.

Spotlight: Better known for his AW exploits and he's 0-18 on turf; promise on fast ground last summer though and his two runs last month were both on good to soft; not a solid option but better can be expected today all the same.

Spotlight: Didn't need to improve to make a winning stable debut for Michael Keady in a Leicester maiden last month (5f, good); ran okay in a Racing League handicap at Chepstow last week but he will need more for the faster ground and/or new tongue-tie if he's to win this from a wide stall.

Spotlight: Useful sprinter on his day but his last two runs in 2024 (six months apart) and his seasonal return 12 days ago (after 263 days off) were all disappointing; down in the weights but he has a point to prove at the moment.
